FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. QUESTION: I missed my monthly credits. Is it too late to use them?

No, it's not too late! Email us at [email protected]

Subject: Missed monthly credits

In your email, let us know what months you missed, how many credits you missed, and the resources you would like for those credits. We will check the back end of your account and add the resources to your member library.

2. QUESTION: I'm having trouble finding my two credits to use in the shop. Where do I find the credit codes?

There is a tutorial in the Hub Member’s Area. The hub members area looks like this in your library when you log in:

Then the credit corner module video will show how to access them each month!

3. QUESTION: I have a new credit card. How do I update it in my account?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on your avatar in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Click on setting from the drop-down menu.
  4. Then click on "Billing info" in the top right-hand corner.
  5. Update your card information!

4. QUESTION: I had to enter a new form of payment. Will you reinstate the resources I already purchased?

Yes, of course! We try to give you a few weeks to update your payment, and your access will remain. If for some reason, your card wasn't updated before you lost access and your payments have been canceled, email us at [email protected], and we can help you resign up with a new card.

5. QUESTION: I have tried numerous times to download my credits for this month, and I have yet to receive the codes.

So sorry for the issues with the codes! It’s all an internal automated function, so only you get your codes. We can’t even access them. We have a few members who occasionally have the issue, and Kajabi (where we host the membership) says they’re probably going to spam, or it looks good on our end. It just seems to be an occasional fluke. It could be strong filters. It could be a spam or promotions issue. We don’t have a way to fix it besides just granting you the resources, which we don’t mind doing. Let us know what resources you’d like by emailing [email protected].

6. QUESTION: Which resources will I still have access to if I cancel?

The Hub is a subscription service, so when you cancel, you lose access to everything at the end of your billing period. The exception is if you purchased any resources with your 35% off coupon or purchased a separate Hungry Teacher Hub program, workshop, or course outside the membership. Your membership hub, credit corner, monthly bundles, and credit code resources WILL NOT be accessible in your account when you cancel.

We always recommend downloading what you want before canceling. If you ever reinstate your membership, we will reinstate those products. Please use the email address associated with your current membership so that you can access your current resources again.

7. QUESTION: How do I cancel my membership?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on your avatar in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Click on setting from the drop-down menu.
  4. Then click on "Billing info" in the top right-hand corner.
  5. Cancel your payments.
  6. We will be notified of the cancelation, and your membership resources will deactivate at the end of your last billing cycle.
  7. Here is a video tutorial.

8. QUESTION: If I pause my membership, will I still have access to the hub and the items I have purchased?

If you cancel your membership, you will have one month to download any resources in your library. After one month, they will no longer be available. If you decide to become a member again, please use the email address associated with your current membership so that you will have access to your current resources again.

9. QUESTION: I have a curriculum question.

We always recommend asking in the Hungry Teacher's Hub Private Facebook group first, especially if it's more general like, "How do you run book clubs in your classroom?" Many members are a great resource, especially if you want a quicker answer and multiple ideas.

Of course, some questions are a bit more specific to the actual resources or curriculum, and in that case, it's best to contact Martina directly [email protected].
